On December 21, 2018, disaster or the Sunda Strait Tsunami happened occured. The disaster caused hundreds of death and caused the damage to residents' homes and also public facilities. The disaster caught a lot of attention from the general public as well as students at every university, including students members of the Agrotechnology Student Association at the University of Lampung to do fundraising and provide assistance to the people affected by the tsunami.
The relief that had been collected was then distributed to the Kalianda area, South Lampung on December 30, 2018. The relief distribution was carried out by Perma AGT students in collaboration with the Lampung University Catholic UKM. Hopefully the assistance that has been distributed can ease the burden on the victims, and for those who helped, we hope that your kindness will be rewarded by Allah SWT, amen.
